The Reports page
This is the finish line. Once schedules are solved, view and design the final timetables here — customize how they look before printing or saving as PDF.
Quick start
- Pick a report type: Classroom Schedules, Teacher Schedules, or Teachers Workload.
- Choose which classrooms or teachers to include.
- In Classroom Schedules, pick a design template (Classic, Compact, or Modern) and customize how it looks.
- Print or export as PDF.
What you'll find here
Reports pulls together the schedules the solver produced. There are three to choose from:
- Classroom Schedules — the weekly schedule for each classroom, fully customizable.
- Teacher Schedules — each teacher's week, by teacher.
- Teachers Workload — how evenly teaching hours are spread.
Reports reflect whatever the solver has produced, so finish solving first — anything not yet scheduled won't appear.
Choosing a report
The page opens on a hub with one card per report.
- Click a card — Classroom Schedules, Teacher Schedules, or Teachers Workload — to open it.
- Use your browser's back button (or the page's back arrow) to return to the hub and pick another.
Classroom Schedules
This report shows the weekly schedules by classroom — a grid of time slots across the days of the week, each cell showing the subject and teacher, with breaks and shared electives / meetings marked. The right side is a live preview; the left side is the designer that controls how it looks.
- Pick which classrooms to include on the Classes tab — Choose which classrooms appear in the report. Each classroom-week prints on its own page. Search with Search by classroom or teacher… and watch the Showing X of Y classrooms. count.
- Start from a ready-made look with the template picker — Classic, Compact, or Modern — then fine-tune from there.
If nothing shows, you'll see No classrooms match the current selection. — widen your filter. Your design saves automatically (watch the Saving… / Saved indicator).
Designing the classroom report
The designer has four tabs. Changes appear instantly in the preview.
- Content — set the Header (your school name), a Sub-header, and a Footnote shown at the bottom of every page. You can also upload a School logo (PNG, JPEG, WEBP or SVG · max 2 MB).
- Style — choose the Font family, the Accent color, Text color and Grid / border color, the Spacing (Compact / Normal / Relaxed), and fine details for each region (day headers, time column, class cells, break rows, and so on).
- Page — set the Page size (A4, Letter, or Legal), Orientation (Portrait / Landscape), and the Margins.
- Classes — choose exactly which classrooms are in the report (see above).
Name the report in the toolbar, and use Reset to return to defaults if you want to start over.
Teacher Schedules
This report is a list of the daily tasks a teacher has to do, by teacher — one weekly grid per teacher.
- Use Search... to find a teacher by name.
- Filter by classroom or by teacher to narrow the list; a count shows how many of the total are displayed.
Teachers Workload
The workload report is an analysis of teacher workload distribution and capacity utilization — a quick way to check nobody is over- or under-loaded.
- Read the Teacher load table: each teacher's available, used, and pending sessions, plus their load as a percentage.
- Click a column header to sort (for example by name or by workload); a Total row sums it all up.
Printing & saving as PDF
Every report prints the same way, and saving as a PDF is just printing to PDF from your browser.
- Click Print (the report's Print / Save as PDF action).
- In your browser's print dialog, choose your printer to print on paper, or choose "Save as PDF" as the destination to get a file. Your colors, layout, and logo are preserved.
Each classroom-week (and each teacher) starts on its own page, so printouts come out cleanly separated.
Multi-week schedules
If your project uses a multi-week cycle, the reports show it. Schedules are labelled by week (Week 1, Week 2, …) and the report notes the cycle length, such as a 2-week cycle. Each classroom-week and each teacher-week prints on its own page so the full rotation is easy to follow.
